Tom has been studying and teaching pipe band drumming for 3 decades. He has played in the grade one ranks with the 78th Frasers Toronto, Toronto Metro Police, Peel Regional Police, Toronto Police and now directs the Mohawk Valley Fraser Highlanders drumming program based in Rome, NY. Traveling throughout North America, providing mentoring, teaching services and products to pipe bands and individuals, Tom instructs in person and via distance learning techniques utilizing the latest technology including custom DVDs and interactive web-broadcasting. |
